so here are some pics of lily in her pigtails. she loves posing for pictures. she loves to be pretty and dress up now. what a liyyle girl she's becoming.

Introducing Chubs Zulu and their baby

Yep, we went against Levi's advice (no offense levi) and got sugar gliders and we love them! We have a breeding pair and their baby girl (still unnamed) who is only a month out-of-pouch. They are pretty tame and usually come to the door of the cage whenever we call for them. The baby likes to cuddle up to us and sleep, but she is becoming more active every day. The adults like to crawl out on us to say hello and of course search for food. Chubs loves to wander out of his cage, and since we have a whole room detached from the house dedicated to them and seths plants, its easy for him to explore without us worrying. We have several people trying to claim our baby girl but we are pretty sure that we are going to keep her because she is more tame than the adults. Zulu is still a little nervous and we think that is because the baby is still very young. we think that as the baby grows she will warm up to us more and more. Well there they are, they are fun and a good hobby for me. We are doing really well. we have new friends in the ward who we have alot in common with, so we are settling in well. Maybe i will get back into the blogging soon. oh and i would have posted more pictures but our camera died today before i could get any good pictures, so i will try again soon.

The reason I haven't blogged is because not much is happening... I've just been unpacking and actually keeping my house decently clean... Lily started nursery and is doing really well. She loves playing with other kids so i take her to the ward play group at the nearby park on tuesdays. She is talking alot more now... the other day we were at Jane's (sorry i don't know how to do the accent) and her kids and grandkids were there... she was having so much fun and when i walked into the play room she said "no mom go away" this was her first time saying no and now its her favorite word... great for me right? but i'm glad she's talking more. She also takes me outside every day to pick an orange for her... Sorry this blog is very random... I am babysitting nicole and melissa so i am very distracted. anyway i will post more later.

we are here and safe... not very unpacked still. this is mainly because Lily is going through a very needy stage... one of those "I won't only be in your face, but I have to touch you at all times and that means no naps AND late bedtimes" someday I will get it done. We had a lot of drama with seths job that i really don't want to post about... but if you haven't heard ask mom or dad, it still makes me too mad to talk about it... but in the end he worked thursday and friday and i think he will enjoy his job... anyway we are loving the weather here and our backyard is perfect to enjoy it in.. I don't really feel like blogging much with a one year old in my lap, so i will try to write later.
